Legal tender / Lisa Scottoline.
Lawyer Bennie Rosato has lost her boyfriend and business partner Mark Biscardi to a young law associate. Then she finds Mark wants to dissolve their partnership. While Bennie is rowing off her frustration and anger, Mark is killed; and Bennie is the only suspect--especially with Mark's will leaving her the practice and millions of dollars.
